Tammy is a Florida native, born and raised in Lake City, Florida. Her career in the real estate industry began in 2001 assisting a local Real Estate Broker, Appraiser and Property Manager. She obtained her appraiser's license in 2004 and has spent the majority of her career specializing in residential appraisals. 

These days she enjoys selling real estate full time, assisting both buyers and sellers and customizing her services for their specific needs. Her vast knowledge of the north Florida market, appraisal process, and lending requirements make her an asset as a Realtor and truly sets her apart.
